Do check the link out below and see what you think. We do try our best to search the market to help ensure our clients have some of the hottest deals around.

We're FCA and BRVLA-regulated, with high customer ratings.

Apologies if I seem stiff, my first time posting on forums.

Any benefit to getting pre-approval from BMW Finance prior to the in-person visit?

After a bunch of back and forth with tons of dealerships, I was able to negotiate 7% off MSRP on a 2024 Xdrive40i off the lot. I'm in NJ and that seems like the best deal i could get, anywhere in the NJ/NYC/PA/CT area.

I would suggest hitting up a bunch of dealerships in your area and getting in touch with someone from sales. The more 24's they have in stock, the more likely they are to work with you. I wouldn't go to a dealership until you've negotiated and you're at, or close to, your target price.

Good luck!

I saw this from one of the brokers offering 10% discount on 24 models. I ordered my MY25 at 8% and picked up this months to give you an idea of what's possible.

Thanks for the East Coast insight. Sounds like you did an exhaustive search. I'm targeting 10+ dealers in 10+ cities. It's a hobby. lol

Having financing pre-approved is a good idea as that is one less variable to negotiate in real time. I found that BMW offered better APR than my banks or credit unions in my area.
That being said, with my time being valuable to me and given my disdain for dealership games, I wouldn’t show up at the dealership in person without already having a baseline acceptable deal in writing.

Email the dealer and offer them that yoy have a configuration ready and that if they can match or exceed broker discounts, you will order through them today. That’s what I did.
I'll need to look at those several brokers pricing.

But "all in the range of 8-9%", is what exactly? 8-9% off the MSRP?

So, if dealer accepts say 9% discount from my 2025 custom order configuration MSRP, then i should jump on that?

$101,395 with ~9%'ish discount is around $92,269.45, that is a good deal? What do i know.........

5.29% for what term?

My credit union has 5.49% for 48 mos term. Next is 5.99% for 60 mos term.

It’s 5% according to Edmunds. I guess 0.29% markup by Finance person!

4.99 is for 2024. 5.29 is buyrate this month for 2025. This is not a markup, I saw the original BMW April program pdf.

Everyone should be wary of the up to 1% markup the finance dept will put on the APR. Might still be better than credit union but have a backup in hand!

Who do i need to contact, PM for what discount % i can get on following configuration?

If i can get above 2025 X7 build at around ~$92,990 (at around ~9% discount before any incentive/rebate, etc.) then i will get this X7.

Otherwise, sticking with new 2024 Tesla Model X Plaid.

Help me !

I suggest you take a look at Leashackr forums. I have used brokers for my past 3 car purchases and they saved so much time from me chasing dealers for a good deals.

This X7, if going that route would be the 4th bmw, but never have used a bmw specialist broker for purchasing. Looking online what auto brokers do. Trying to understand how a broker helps in a "custom" build order. If someone is brokering a new car deal/purchase on behalf of myself, then i would think broker needs to get paid. And so there is me, broker in the middle and the seller (assuming it's a legit bmw dealership that puts in the custom order). Unless there is a X7 that matches ~100% to this build, unclear to me how broker helps.

they have pre-negotiated deals with certain dealers. They can get you more discount for in-stock cars but they can also get you substantial discount for custom orders too. All they do is once you pay the fixed broker fee (400-700$ depending on car/broker), they connect you with their BMW dealer and they take it from there. I ordered mine through a broker a few weeks ago at 8% discount on a 2025 X7 40i and took delivery two weeks ago. I think discounts are getting better now than beginning of April.

Ok. So at the end of the day, taking "delivery" of the vehicle comes down to these typical options, right?

I'm in Raleigh, NC area.

a) pick up from (whatever) the dealer (could be anywhere), and drive it home

b) transport it to home

c) PDC ??? This might work better, given i'm in NC, not too far from the Spartanburg SC plant

Yea those are your options. PDC would be fun if I lived that close to Spartanburg!

Did yesterday through PM, no response. Not sure what the usual turn around time to get back to me is. If nothing by end of today even for initial contact, then move on.
