I guess it all depends on how much you paid for your car. The more you pay - more free stuff, less you pay - you get the picture. I was able to pay a few hundred more than the invoice and didnt get anything.

At a minimum you should get free carpet floor mats. I got the carpet mats for front and back. The dealer also gave me a coupon for a set of the rubber mats (they were out of stock). I also got a free cap and key chain.

When did you guys bargin with all of these items? I have my car on order for September and I have only been quoted the MSRP so far, should I wait to talk about free stuff when I have a pickup scheduled or what?

When I took delivery of my car my dealer gave me a BMW fil-o-fax, a new 3 series key ring as i gift I guess. She also promised to give me a bottle of BMW leather cleaner next week sometime, and I inturn promised all 5's! *(she really deserves them)*

My car also came with a full tank of diesel...i think it was filled at the factory though? *The video's of e90's in production seem to have their tanks filled*

My salesperson implied when I placed my order that they always include the floor mats. It has always been my experience that a full tank of gas is standard with any new car purchase. (hope that is also the case with BMW).

I have placed an order for a fairly loaded 330i and I am going to have the alarm installed. So, I would also like for them to throw in wheel locks and an umbrella, if possible.
