ive been there a bunch of times and i definitely dont reccommend them to anyone. one time i mounted my brand new BBS RE's there and i left to have my wheel almost completely fall off the hub. i dunno if the guy forgot to bolt my lugs in or what but i ended up having a brand new bent rim which they wouldnt take responsibilty for and i sent it to BBS and they told me they had never seen a rim so badly warped. they were brand new, in the end i had to pay for another rim and i will never go back there again

Besides the alignment, do they also re-caliber the steering wheel sensor too? As far as I know, besides the alignment, dealers also re-caliber the steering wheel sensor. So I don't know if the shops can do this too? Anyone? The damn potholes are killing my alignments/steering wheel.

I would have never imagine potholes could damage the RFT the way it did but NYC potholes made me into a unfortuate believer!
I had to order two front tires last night after noticing 1/4-1/2 in bubble on each side of the sidewall of both front tires. And my alignment is off as well. I tried to be as careful as possible but sometimes you just miss some potholes. I called and left a message with bmw manhattan to see if it is covered under the service program. I will let you know when I hear back from them. btw, I'm taking my car to Best Tire to put on my tires.

I believe BMW dealers charge about 160 for alignments. Thats a big bubble...I have a smaller bubble on one of the tires so, it should be ok for now until I wear down the RFTs.

I purchased my tires from tirerack. Bridgestone Potenza S-02 N2. It was $190/tire. I'm getting it put on thursday. I will let you know if these tires are good. But its really annoying because I only had 3.5k miles on the tires.
