@ Luki: if you have shortened shocks it will probably be no problem. The thing is, there has to be enough tension between the spring seats (= the spring itself isn't allow to sit loosely when car is jacked).

That what I was afraid of. When I have shorter springs and shocks than using this spring seat might casue that the spring will be loose fitted....

Now that wont be the case at all. Its still going to have A LOT of tension on the sorung against this piece and combined with the weight of the car its not possible to be loose

For my 335i with M-Sport suspension it was not loose at all (nor for my old 1-series, also with M-Sport chassis). But, if you fit lowering spring and the spring seats it could be a potential problem. I'm not sure though where the limit is. It obviously depends on weather you have shortened shocks (as the original M-Sport shock are) and the maximum spring length.

Than is the question. I have shorter spings and shocks from eibach and think it might be a little problematic.

No there will be no problem. When the car is on the ground there is a lot of weight and the spring is compressed and absolutely cannot move. Now if you want to go jumping your car then perhaps the spring may rattle but whens the last time you jumped your car

I don't want to ruin any business opportunities here, but it is absolutely essential that there is some tension left when the car is fully jacked or jumping around (= zero weight on the struts / springs). Imagine if a set of loose springs would jump out of its position , interfere with the cars steering and you were unable to control your vehicle - not an option!
Anyway, as the Eibach kit is equipped with shortened shocks (most likely with a good amount of tension when unladen) you will most likely have no problem with a pair of modified spring seats. We're talking about 0,4 - 0,6"

I'm sure the manufacturer could more accurate answer.

Well this lost of tension also happens when you put lowering springs with OEM shocks.
Sping is shorter the car gets lower and there is a tension due to the weight of the car.
However often happens than while driving on bumpy roads you can here some noises from the front suspension as the spring is not having enought tension and is giving metalic sound. It might also happen what Robbo says - that the spring will jump out of the seat. I saw some cases as well.

Coming back to the fact that I have shorter springs and shocks the tension should be ok as it lowers 10-15 mm while all lowering springs gets -25 to -35 mm.
The result should be simillar to that when putting this seat to ZSP suspension
