Any X7 2025 rumors?
Hi guys,
I believe 2025 is going to be in production in April. Is there any news or rumours, about X7 2025 updates? Thanks! |

doubt it will be april. will likely follow the normal release schedule, the 2024 will be produced till july 2024.
i cant imagine there will be any major changes until the next gen X7 comes out in summer of 2027, the mid life cycle refresh just happened.

It's possible BMW may switch to iDrive 9 at 2025 X7 to normalize the all recent BMW models. |

Hoping they fix the AC issues with the 23's/24's! Only reason that's holding us back from upgrading

If those two were fixed, they'd have had an order a while ago. FWIW - The Service Manager at my Dealer who I know well said he's told it's a vent sizing problem. So many customers have been complaining and it's not only in the X7. That leads me to believe it's not a Vent Sizing issue. Think there's a lot more there for BMW to figure out... My current X5 keeps Ice Cream from melting which I love |

Another one here in TX. All glass has been tinted...zero issues with AC.
I'm in Phoenix this week with an X3 rental, zero tint. Thought I was going to burst into flames sitting in the thing...then about 20 min later it finally cools down. My X7, over the months of Jul/Aug had zero issues cooling down in a few minutes. Oh, tint your sunroof. In the X3, which has factory tint gets super hot here in Phoenix. We couldn't even open the shade that covers it. On our X7, it's tinted with Air80 and we can keep the shade open with no real impact to temp. |

I have a 2024 x7 new about the AC issues live in south Texas. I will be very honest the AC has been a non issue for us in this car. I don’t know what the difference is between this one and others I was able to test drive but it works good. I won’t say it’s the greatest and when it’s super hot max ac is a must. I love the car and can’t say anything bad about it. Would I purchase it again YES!

I did! I also have ceramic tint. That helps immensely. I keep the temperature in settings under driver and passenger to the coolest. I can tell a difference in they way this air blows vrs the one I tested. In the others untested I could barley feel the air on my face even at max but the sound was super loud. In mine I actually feel the air on my face at 4 and 5. Never use auto that’s BS in my opinion.

Bumping this thread in case anyone is aware of anything?
Plan is to buy one in the next few (maybe handful at most) of months, so curious when / what will be the differences/changes/updates if any. |

SOP for MY25 is confirmed for April. I've been following that thread very closely as I take delivery of my car in the very near future and didn't want to miss out on anything major. As far as anyone can tell, the only change is the addition of the lane change using your eyes only - not a feature I likely would have used or wanted anyways so I'm fairly comfortable taking delivery of my MY24 at this point. |

To those experiencing AC issues.. Have you tried turning off the second and third row climate control so you get full force AC blowing in the front?
I know it’s not ideal, but it has made a substantial difference in my case. |

The third row climate control has its own compressor so that should not make a difference.
