This is an intermediate/long term pick and should mirror what CIDM did to an extent.

Also posted +4% earnings. It's at 2.76 right now and doesn't have much resistance until right near the $4 area if it gets enough volume.

I never jump ship...but I am stubborn. If I get in a position like that...then a short term hold turns into a long term hold and I try to average down. This company will come back up at some point....most all do....but people like this one for some odd reason.

What did you get in at? That stock jumped over 200% less than 10 days ago. PM right now it's showing at 2.50.

I would hold until at least the 16th when financials come out. Also the stock is being heavily "shorted" right now.
I got in late @2.71, it's already bounced back. I am stubborn too but trying to change my ways lol. I will wait until the 17th. Thank you sir.

XpresSpa Announces 1-for-3 Reverse Stock Split speculation...I need to confirm.

Do what you want...but I am holding. This is to get more investors in, the bigger investors....and will get the Penny Flippers out.

In terms of a R/S a ratio of 3/1 is nothing.

So...you will have 1/3 of shares you currently own and price will be 3x more per share. You still own the same amount you have before.

R/S will of course increase share price BUT will decrease shares outstanding by 30%!

Lower float = bigger moves when PR hits

I went through this with ACB in April or May, they did a 13/1 split but positive revenue news came out a short while after and it shot up.

I averaged $8.40 after the split and thought I sold for around 40% profit but it was actually $16.80 after I went back to look. Did really well on that one, shame that it was one of the very first stocks I bought starting out and only spent $300 cuz I was taking a flyer on it.

This was the dip I was hoping for to add some more. I’m gonna put in for some at 1.50 and more every .20 it goes down.

This isn’t their first split. They did 1:22 and 1:10 after the bottom dropped out.

It's the first split after the new CEO and new business model including xpresscheck. And it's only 1:3.....nothing like the others.

It gives them more revenue to do what they are trying and draws bigger investors.

But who knows.......maybe I eat my words. Like I said, it;s a LT investment for me and I got my initial buy in costs out long ago.

1:3? If the post-split price is still below $5, I doubt any institutional investors will buy in. So most likely it's to delay imminent de-listing.

They would have reached compliance easily...they only had a few more days.

Stock is back up to 1.82 after dropping into the 1.40's.

Once the market opens...I expect to see it go down. That is when I will be looking for the biggest dips to buy.

This is what I am looking for. For example I'm 22 and know not to much about it. I know I bought a few stocks back in the day for fun/practise but like I don't know the terms and etc.

What would be best to learn all that.

Looks like it starting to even out around the 1.75 area. For it to only drop .30 on average with this type of announcement is a good sign for me.

EDIT- Xspa headed back towards 2.00 territory again. This after a RS. Like I said....it's a good sign.

I have a feeling they are doing an offering after the reverse split.

I wonder if the price now is reflective of the expectation on further airports joining forces.

It was a good buy, but people are now taking their profits and exiting. I might eat my hat on this, but I can see this settling at 1.8-1.9 for the near future

With this split...Float goes from ~ 86.5 million shares down to ~ 29 million shares. Low float can create a huge demand when volume rises.

Very possible and I have thought of that.

Also very possible that there will be a huge PR coming soon concerning new contracts.
