E90 this weekend!! What can I expect??

Hey everyone. I am looking to finally go and get an e90 this weekend.
I have a 2003 E46 Sedan to trade in. It has 15,080 miles on it. Lux Package, Sport Package, Heated Seats, Xenon Lights, 5 Speed Manual and Black on Black.

It is in good condition, a few dings but nothing major at all.
I am in a 48 month lease with it. 21 months to go. $504 a month for 48 months. With a $1300 down. My pay off is 24k. The value of my car is roughly $21300. I can probably get them to give me $22k for it. My residual is $17k plus taxes I believe.

What can I expect to pay for a e90 now, with the same options but automatic. I am looking at going for a 24 month or 36 month lease. I want to put as little down as possible. The lease deals look great right now!

Go edmunds.com and option out your car. You will see edmunds give you an invoice price also in addition to the MSRP. Ignore the MSRP. Add $500-1000 to the invoice. Then add the tax/title/tags/fees (~10% in Calif from what I hear).

That should be relatively close to your out-the-door price.

I actually went this last weekend to try and trade in my E46 on a lease for another 325i with ZPP, ZSP Xenon and Auto.

They wanted $3500 down. $750 for 36 months. My credit is above 760. They didn't ask me if I wanted to run my credit, which was good, that would have been a waste of an inquiry.

They applied a $5400 dollar negative to the new 325. My current E46 looks better than any 2003 out there. I only have 15k miles on it for godsake. It has ZPP, ZSP, Xenon and 5-Speed manual. It is black on black and the paint is immaculate.

I got up and left. I said, "Ok. That is ridiculous."

I gotta keep shopping around.
