Mustang GT350 Class Action Law Suit

As excerpted from Autoweek (my bad if repost)

"A lawsuit filed against Ford by a group of Shelby GT350 Mustang owners claims that the track-ready cars can overheat due to defects in the transmission and rear differentials. Plaintiffs represented by the law firms Hagens Berman allege that the GT350s cannot be operated safely at racetracks as advertised, due to overheating issues that can develop in as little as 15 minutes of high-speed driving, leading to cars going into "limp mode." The suit claims that this condition occurs at high speeds, causing the vehicles to suddenly lose power and decelerate, putting drivers at risk on the track."

These people chose to buy the trims WITHOUT the transmission and differential coolers (the "track package"), and now are mad that their transmissions and differentials overheat track? Wow

Should have waited for the '17. It's going to have the trans and diff cooler as standard.

I wonder if these 4 plaintiffs have even taken the cars back to the dealer.

C7 Z06 owners never did do anything like this. I guess these Ford boy's just couldn't take the heat.
