Anyone know how long it takes for a X7 to get from the factory to AZ?

My X7 is still showing awaiting carrier assignment since 11/11. Does anyone know if dealership has an option to contact BMW or carrier for expediting shipping ?

I don't think anything can be done to speed up the process, however, I do know that the website is usually slow to update the status. It may already be on its way.

Call the GENIUS number. They can usually give you more updated info. I have been at awaiting carrier assignment since 11/11 also. It is supposed to deliver to dealer today 11/15 in Louisiana.

Called BMW genius Friday and they said car left the factory and ETA was 11/15.
Spoke to my sales guys yesterday and car has not left the factory and they have no control on transportation... so the wait continues. That means GENIUS tracking is not correct

Did you get your X7 ? Mine is still sitting at VPC since 11/11... frustrating

Got it yesterday. They wait for enough vehicles to fill a carrier all going to the same general area. Mine sat there for a few days and finally left with 2 vehicles for my dealership and 5 for a dealership about an hour and a half away. If you want to send me your VIN I can see if it's on United Road Logistic's tracking. The trucks have GPS that update fairly regularly.

My X7 sat there for a very long time so finally I had to push the dealership manager. Their urgent calls do help.
