Definitely test mule. Could be Alpina, with the multi-spoke wheels. But I'm not seeing anything jumping out at me otherwise different from a MY2020 X7.

Clearly, with the center stripe of non-camo on the hood, they intend to cut the hood and add an additional massive supercharger on top.

I love how they still wrap it over the top part of the grill, as if to conceal the size of the standard X7 grill in advance of some official debut. Why bother? haha.

Yeah, they just look like the 757s. Shadowline rails on the roof and door trim combined with the non-sport/luxury line front bumper seems odd, though. Maybe some long term mule test they're doing and didn't want to remove the wrap to reveal the Frankenstein beneath.
