F-f-f-f noise when driving above 20mph
After having fitted new discs recently I took the challenge of sanding my current pads flat as they are all more or less new'ish, just quite lipped.
Since sanding flat though I am starting to notice a fanning noise when driving past buildings or solid fences when I have my windows down, in fact it's so loud I reckon pedestrians can probably hear it very well. I have checked all wheel treads for stones/debris whilst also checking the discs themselves for any damage and can't find anything. Is there anything I am missing here? I can't seem to locate what's creating the noise which makes my 2015 car sound like it's falling apart

Ddi you sand down the pads because you couldn't retract the pistons back far enough to fit with the new disks?
My guess is that when you sanded down, you created a rough edge and its causing some brake judder. |

Sanded them down because the previous rotors were heavily lipped and the previous pads had huge uneven wear. I made sure to use some brake cleaner after and slowly increased heavy braking to shift any material needed.
If I touch the brakes then I get no noise, it's just if I hit the gas or am rolling
