my contis are down to 6/32nds with only about 4K miles on them (rears)
roughly 1/32nd every 1k miles.

yep. and i dont think its alignment. my snows, with 3K miles on them, are down only 0.5-1 /32nd- and thats a softer winter compound.
im thinking of dumping the premium contacts for the DWS06 plus when i switch off of my snows in a few weeks. dunno if its worth to run them one more season. the better wet performance and smoother ride ( the 20" snows i have are like a magic carpet compared to the 22" runflats)
are compelling.

that's insane.. i still don't know how i got so much mileage out of the PZeros....

i'm actuallly very pleasantly surprised as to the ride quality on the DWS06s. they're quiet and smooth.. even driving thru manhattan - and i do that A LOT.....

Don't the OEM Conti's start at 8/32? So actually 1/32 every 2k miles?

Still not great, and I'm still likely going to change them out!

You are absolutely right, i had 10/32nds stuck in my head. My winters are 10/32nds, and the summers on my former x3 were 10/32nds
Its still pretty terrible, 8k miles for the rears.
