NASCAR Driver Driving Drifting the B7 in the Snow
Kind of a fun watch. Pretty impressive what the machine is capable of given it's size: https://www.theautopian.com/we-asked...ence-and-lols/
In short, NASCAR driver Parker Kligerman calls it one of the most impressive cars he's ever driven.

One interesting thing I noticed in the photos is that the XB7 LCI still has the full crystal shifter knob instead of the smaller shifter switch like the other X7 LCI models. There are also no shift paddles but buttons instead. I guess you can also shift with the shifter knob though.

Yeah how does a 2024 Model have the crystal full gear shifter instead of that stupid switch... Guess an Alpina might have to be my replacement. Didn't catch this yesterday when read it.
Does the 2024s still have paddles? Switches/buttons for that is kinda weird. Quote:

This is strange as my XB7 would try and intervene with driver aids when I was hooning in the snow. I had everything turned off as well.

My question was on X7 40i or M60i if it still has the paddles.

When I bought it, the sales advisor said something like BMW found that customers preferred the extra 'space' and cleaner look of the switch. Uh, who TF did they ask |
