'23 X7 60i Parking Brake Malfunction

Last week Parking Break malfunction warning came on the screen. It wouldn't start and brake pedal felt different. Had it towed from the garage using dolly because it wouldn't move. Got it back days later and drove home without stopping, thank goodness. Got in 2 use it the next day and warning came back and wouldn't start. Going to be towed back again.

The dealer said it was a recall the 1st time and that it was repaired. Only just under 10,000 miles. The dealer now says they have no idea of this problem yet I heard this problem mentioned somewhere.

Anyone know of this problem?
