wow...i cnat' wait for auto-xing...over here in Illinois it starts on the 5th or april!! can't WAIT!! hey ... it looks like alot of people have their own set of slicks...how much are a decent set with rims and and stuff?

If it is your first time out, don't even worry what kind of tires you have on.

The only guys who have r-comps on their cars are guys who are too slow or guys who are too fast. Which category do you fall in Sam

Just kidding.

Really though, I wouldn't worry too much about tire set up just yet, unless you are trying to get that last second out of your time.

Yea I can't believe how fast some of the stock class 330i's are, with their stock runflat tires!
I must be in the slow class with my r compounds, but I made up for it by running a loud open exhaust HAHAHA

I also put on a good show, sliding 50 feet sideways coming to rest 2 feet from the concrete barriers

I'm just glad the spectators didn't fall off the barriers and hurt themselves... ok glad I didn't hurt my car too

I'm starting to get a good feel for tire pressures, and how they change after every run and how that affects the handling. I should hopefully have some decent suspension setup for next time
