New Exhaust install
Hi,
I am looking to replace my 335i exhaust tips with the Quad Exhaust Pipe (I am looking to change the tips only that takes in 1 and gives out 2). My reason to post this here is to see someone in Local MD,DC,VA area who is also looking to get the same thing done so we can research together and get it done at the same time. Let me know if someone is interested in upgrading their tips as well. Thank you, |

there's a couple of threads about this on this DC metro section. i think some went to a place in Glen Burnie, although almost any muffler shop could cut/weld on tips.
did you get a new bumper or do you need to cut that too?

the mtech bumper only has a cutout for dual tips. to get quad tip cutouts, you'll need the Cyba diffuser (not sure if any others fit the mtech bumper)

Clem is one of the members here that opens up his garage to us for mods. quite a few people have gone over to Clem's to replace their stock exhaust with aftermarket, so thats probably what he was referring to.
i thought you only wanted to change your exhaust tips and not a whole new exhaust. Clem doesnt have a mig welder that I know of (although that should be on the list of tools to get), so you're better off going to a local shop for that.
