Requesting Feedback on Simota Racing Intake
We are looking for a test car in the East Bay for the Simota Racing Intake for a 330i.
The intake retail price is not established. You will receive a substantially reduced price for participating. Interested parties must be: Located 20-30 minutes from Pleasanton, CA Be willing to let us take your intake out of the car Allow us to have full access and rights to any and all install, fitment, and layout pictures. Allow us to create a minimum of 2 videos. We anticipate the pricing for this intake to be substantially lower than $600. Pictures of the intake are: Click for large image |

ElSupremo asked me to ask you if it's actually a Simota, or just some cheap generic copy that is labeled as a Simota, like you guys have done with some of your other products.

pardon my ignorance, but I dind't know Simota was that famous to warrant such a claim
I see a point in making ACS, Hamann, MGruppe replicas, but Simo who? (have I lived under a rock for too long?) oh yeah, ditto on ksfrogman's remarks. Quote:

if you honestly believe that you can expect 20HP out of ANY intake, you are either high or really high
you'd be lucky to get 5hp, and that's wishful thinking, people buy intake mostly for the sound. To expect any significant gains in HP is just not realistic and setting yourself up for a major disappointment Quote:
