David, give Passport a call/look. One of our new members just bought a 335i off the lot from Passport, with a discount no less....
If the sale is successful, don't forget to pitch DC metro e90post's name.

In the tradition of going OT on the Mid-Atlantic board -- AJ, you selling your rims? I need rims for a winter tire setup and am thinking I should go 17x8 all around. I assume I can do that no problem on a 330i? The 18x8/8.5 would be, I assume, too fat for a good set of winter tires.

335 personally drive and observations
Its an impressive e90 with bigger set of guns, if you want more speed and the same e90 handling, its a car not embarrassing to take out.
2 STI drivers on the road immediately took notice of the car, and I light hearthedly taunt them at the traffic light, none took the challenge The car took my breath-away, it was quick to get up on its feet, the shifting was crisp and smooth. I was like in Wow World, saying "Wow!", "Wow!" while David Mckune @ SterlingbMW was smiling and saying "I told you!" The torque is good, except head-jerking movement was NOT obvously felt at cruising speed when I repeatedly tap the accelerator, unlike an M car. The engine rear pipes provided a low throaty sound, I was not sure wether to laugh at its poor imitation of the Ms quad pipes, or smile for it was at least trying its best. nonetheless its there to be noticed that its no longer your 06 e90s. Coming from a e90, the interior was no different, except for the belt-butler, and the chrome edgings it has on the steering wheel and knobs. I find them tacky. You'll notice also that the rear seats has a center console, so its a dissapointment to blind dates who are action seekers. I like the new Black Burl Trimming, very sporting, almost looks like CF. The 328i was a dissappointment, but the 335i is not, its stance is much better. A little coilovers, BBS LMs or CSL wheels, there will be some heads turning. The 335i blew away all my doubts and reservations. but I dont take it as your M3 replacement, its just not in the same class, and its no accident that BMW made it so. Now if you excuse me, for David McKune provided my figures now lets see if its a possibility or a dream. EDIT: DREAM ! or Quote:

Shim,
There is a 335 at Tischer in Silver Spring. Some dude was test driving it on Route 29 today. At one stop, I was behind them admiring the 335 rear when I noticed both (driver and passenger) admiring my lux rings
