wish I had 2.0 already. I got the original chip burner that terry sold when it first came out. Can I use that to burn the 2.0 on my chip???? Or do I need to buy this new board G3 or whatever everyone is talking about.

GET 2.0!!!! You can burn the 2.0 program, but getting the G3 board really helps. You run the BT cable into your glovebox and can update the programming at will ( and can look really cool using your laptop to log info from engine). I will have SD chime in on this he is the one that got all my JB3 stuff set up. Check the 2.0 thread on N54tech.com. I will PM you ASAP.

Ok, iboost and newbieman78. If you want to get the 2.0 software e-mail terry. If you want some motivation to get this done let me know and we can meet up, you can see the difference first hand.

i got the chip burner too. I don't think terry will give out the chip yet unless we do testing too and report logs back to him. I don't have time for that. I just want to burn the current 2.0 and use it and just keep updating as the new versions come out. Thats why I just need the . HEX files. I don't think terry will keep sending me the .hex files yet if i am not a tester.



P.S. Hey check out this decal I found. I ordered one to see how it looks in person and if I wana try it on my car.

Hey guys.

I got an email from Terry that the beta is going public. I believe the most recent hex file of 2.0 is available on n54tech.com in the forced induction area.

Yes you can burn 2.0 with the old burner. Additionally Terry now has the cable and an upgrade program for those of you with gen2 boards. I ordered yours/my replacement today Graphite.

Jump on it guys, 2.0 is great and you do not have to send Terry logs. If you run into an issue I'm sure he'd like to know about it but nothing else is required.

Got in a race last night on the way home at like midnight with a Honda civic hatchback, one of the older models. Man, this guy must have had every mod under the sun in that thing cause it was quick. Very light too. It wasn't a match for the bimma, but I swear this thing gave me the best run for my money so far. I was pulling away fairly easy, but still had me scared for a few minutes. It was fun but lots of traffic so couldn't go more than 130 on the 215 over by Pecos.

I went up against a new civic that sounded like it was FI and the thing was super quick. Loud as hell but quick. We got up to about 130 and he must have capped. I was surprised... I still killed him.

We are moving the install party to Wednesday due to the rain. Let me know if anyone wants to join. I'm up in NLV.
