ugh ... well now i wish i hadn't seen this thread

22 M50i - extended ivory merino, leather dash, black alcantara headliner

3rd row trim - shiny black plastic (rest of car is ash grain black matte)
sunroof retracting shades - cloth
trunk shelf - cloth
wireless charging - deleted

$116,545 msrp with DHP, B&W audio, and all the other bells and whistles. other than the above, i think everything else is there that is supposed to be there.

to be fair, none of the "missing"/changed items bother me enough to ask since we rarely use any of them. i didn't even know about them until now. more important to have the B&W and DHP on a daily basis!

Just confirming my 07/21 x7 has matching woodgrain in the third row

January 2022 build, delivered end of January:
- Got the gloss black trim in 3rd row
- Skylounge roller shade is microfiber not Alcantara
- Cargo area divider is Microfiber not Alcantara

Also: I don't care.

I did. They laughed I off as COVID. They also said if you don’t buy this X7 it will be sold before the end of the day…. And I am sure he was correct.

Too bad I'm going from Ivory/Night Blue to Tartufo (I have Night Blue alcantara throughout currently). I'd see if my CA could give me the afternoon with both cars in a service bay to right some wrongs before I take delivery.

Yeah I think that is the mentality currently, which is unfortunate, but true.

Took delivery early March 2022 and I have piano black in the third row AND mismatching trim in the second row. Rest of the car is ash grain, but I have a random fine line trim on the passenger door.

Sunshade is not alacantra. I DO have wireless charging, but no touch pad on the iDrive controller.

Dealer ordered the correct trim and quoted me 2 months and they will replace it. More annoyance that I know it, but my kids who sit there do not care!

That's a new one! Did they order just the 2nd row or 3rd row too?

Wow that stinks. Amazed at how they mismatched trim even for the rear doors... Glad they are replacing it, just an inconvenience at this point. Also, noticed the Srixon balls... Maybe have the dealer throw in some prov1's to replace those and you'd be set. lol

Just the second row. I actually like the Piano in the 3rd row and it matches. I'm not too fussy about that stuff, but the 2nd row mismatch bothers me everyday!
