add fog lights to 135i
anyone done it? I think they can be retrofitted onto a 135i

Something like this is your easiest option but you have to consider if it's worth it. They don't add much to the car (they aren't THAT useful in fog and will probably get chipped by rocks anyway).

135i's here don't have foglights either. We also have the oil coolers in that location.
123d, 125i etc are a different story.

might have been a 125i I was looking at, I did not think the oil cooler went all the way to those side black panels

mega, 135i body kit (M-Sport body kit) is available on other cars than the 135i, in other markets. All 135i's worldwide are delivered without fog lights, as 123D-M mentioned. 123D-M's car is one of those models that looks like our 135i, and has foglights.
The oil cooler on our cars is fed by the passenger-side black vent, and is in the fender. |

I searched for wiring when I had belly pan off to swap front sway bar and there is none to support fogs.
