I just tried Herb Chambers in Boston and all they offered was $750 off. Laughable, since I already had an offer of $5k off on an $88k build. Which dealer did you go to?

Awesome deal. 23 X7's in stock? That's nuts.

Herb chambers is where I ordered from. When I cold called, they told me msrp no discount. Then I emailed the salesman I worked with last year when I bought an X5M, he was awesome. I told him what Peabody had offered and he beat it. Last year when I was looking for the X5 I had posted in that forum and another member introduced me to this salesman, they had become friendly over the years so perhaps that helped as well.

There are deals to be had, even at Herb Chambers. PM me if you want to go through the associate I did. I was happy with the process since I wasn't expecting 9% off MSRP for a launch vehicle.

My local dealer is only offering 3% off a markup - so about $82 on a 83.5 build (pickup in SC) and that’s for being loyal w 3 prior purchases.

Since I’m going to do the SC pickup, I really don’t care where I order from. But I believe my local BMW will only give me loaner cars if buy from them? Is that true or does BMW itself offer that as a service, not up to local dealer?

Also anyone buy warranty? They want 4300 for 5/100 warranty - that’s insane but hate to own a bmw without spent so much on repairs in past

Hello folks
New to the community!
Thanks for allowing to be part of it!
Looking to buy x7 40i - custom build comes to 84245 MSRP
Current offers from dealers ranging from 2.5 k to 6k
Roughly 7% max dealer discount since I will be a first time bmw buyer I am afraid I won’t have any loyalty credit

I could not help notice the fact that some loyal customers were getting upto 9-10% already

Need help to decide if I should take my current offer of 6k off MSRP or wait longer (am I greedy?)

Will appreciate if members can address these please
1. With 2020 ordering available soon, will dealers offer the same discount as above ? In that case I would rather wait and order the 2020 version
2. Does trade in old vehicle with the same dealer increase your chances of getting a better discount ?

Thanks in advance
