I've sent Carly Support several emails requesting a refund but the company refuses to refund the $59.99 subscription. They've been somewhat insulting. I know they're working on adding coding for the X7 but it's just the principle of it. They're advertising functionality that isn't actually available in the app for the X7. A deceptive business practice at best. So I'm stuck with it but cannot recommend Carly even if they eventually support all X7 coding. Look elsewhere.

Two and half months after purchasing a 1-year subscription to Carly ($60) and an adapter ($82) there are still no coding options available. And besides their falsely advertising X7 coding options, the remaining options in Carly don't work very well. ANd connecting Carly to the X7 is a nightmare. Carly for X7 is a complete and total bust!
If you own a X7 and have successfully coded two or more options, please post what product you are using and what it costs. But only if you did so in a X7. |

I used ESYS that required a $50 donation for Launcher Pro 3 to one of TokenMasters preferred charities. I chose the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. I also had an ENET cable from my previous 3 series. That was ~$20. I did send all the info needed and offered to help the BimmerCode dev just this morning, so hopefully he will accept or take the info to add the options soon.

Can someone recommend an adapter that works with Bimmercode and Bimmerlink? https://bimmercode.app/adapters/. Is there a better one not on this list?

I had been checking your posts in other threads about Esys/Launcher Pro 3 and that Token Master stuff. Unfortunately, it seems that its a bit tricky or difficult to use Esys stuff comparing to BimmerCode. We would prefer a more visual and one click option to have a feature on and off. I honestly think that BimmerCode should pay you for the stuff you have done. All the best with BimmerCode! |

Just adding to my above post.... I have just got the delivery of OBDLink MX+ and ready to get the Pro version of BImmerCode but I would definitely miss the VIM and other features that you have done through Esys....
I would request you to please keep pushing BimmerCode guys to add your cheat sheet to their App ASAP so that I make the full use of it. Thank you! |
