what are these and where can i buy them

So I hate the vents on my non m prelci e92. I took out all 3 and now it looks empty but I saw these on a car in real life and like to never found a pic.

Where can I find those vents/scoops that go in next to the fog lights?

I'm pretty sure that's a full lip not just scoops that you add in. I forget what style it is, but if you search u might find it.

yeah ive been looking for it but i keep running into the grille scoops or m3 hood vents..

Update i found out that apparently Theyre stock on a non m pre lci e9x. However... Mine were missing. There Is supoosed to be two small plastic pilates. And mine were gone. But the grilles were in place when i bought it. Hmm strange guess its off to bmw to get a part number
