Not sure if it is sensing my location by IP Address (I was not asked to enter my zip), but when I go to the page it shows up to $3500 off on both the X7 x40i and 50 here in the USA. Unfortunately the $3500 is on purchases only. I am planning to lease when my car comes in later this month. Maybe I'll consider a purchase but the numbers have to work out for a purchase. They usually don't given the artificially high residual offered. MF and Interest rates are identical so that's not an advantage either way

EDIT: Interest is better too on purchase (0.9%) if you keep it to 60 months or less. Looks like purchasing will be the better option right now, assuming you can avoid crashing the car and dinging your cars maintenance records. That's always the gamble with purchasing.

The $3500 and 0.9% are on 2020 models only?

Go to: https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offers.html

Depending on your locale, model year, and model, it's either 0.9% or 1.9%, and $3500 or $4500. Both 2020 and 2021 have incentives.

It's not APR or lease credit but upgraded version of loyalty credit.
For 2021 X5 purchase, $2500 APR credit+$3500 road to home loyalty but X7 only $2500 APR+$1000 loyalty

Im pretty sure you won't get the APR cash and the road to home cash combined...it is one or the other.

quick question...on all these rebates (APR and Loyalty) are they taken off before taxes are calculated or after taxes?

for example...using a $100K price, $3500 total rebate, and tax rate of 8%:

Example 1
$100,000
+ $8,000 (taxes of 8% on the $100K)
--------------
$108,000
- $3500 (rebates)
--------------
$104,500 total

Example 2
$100,000
- $3500 (rebate)
--------------
$96,500
+ $7,720 (taxes of 8% on the $96,500)
--------------
$104,220

It's not much, but just want to be sure since the BMW offers details say the rebates are applied against the MSPR of the vehicle.

Depends on the state you live in. In NY the taxes are applied to the full price and the rebates come off after that.

If APR and road to home can not be stacked, road to home is meaningless since APR $2500+loyalty$1000=$3500 anyway?

Yep, found out Colorado taxes the total and then takes the rebates off.

Any new promotions coming out for Black Friday or holiday season. Dealer said if the rebates get better before I take delivery then I get them.

You might be able to find some dealer specials for Black Friday but doubt it will apply to cars that were ordered.

For the BMW incentives you'll have to wait till next month when the current months incentives end.

I'm in similar boat where my x7 will probably be at the dealership in the next week but will probably hold out till next month for delivery to see if the December incentives are better than November. Plus I still have my last payment on my M550 due on 11/30. So unless the dealer sweetens the deal a bit more makes all the more sense to wait till December to take delivery for me

I was just told that BMW will be offering an extra $1k incentive for purchases between 11/17 and 11/21. Some sort of feed the hungry event.

So if I have a build for 92k (after $945 delivery fee) I should be able to get around 9k from dealer, then MFG incentives in addition to that? I just started the conversation and dealer offered $2447 off, I wasn't impressed so came on here to see what you all thought.
Sounds like a good deal would be
MSRP 92095
Discount (hopefully) -9209.5
Finance offer -2500
Loyalty -1000
Feed the hungry -1000
$78,385.5

What Add on's do you typically see in the late stage from the dealer? extended warranty, interior protection etc.
Any of them worth it?

Has anyone tried the costco pricing?

Drive to End Hunger - $1000 certificate with rules below. Looks like it can be stacked with the APR and Loyalty. Not sure if you can apply to an X7 you already ordered or even use it on one you want to order. Rules below state not valid on previous orders and must take delivery from dealer stock.
Now, you can say when your vehicle arrives it's in the dealers stock...and if you have a cool dealer they may just let you use it. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I think it works like this...you schedule a test drive during the below dates...the dealer registers you and gives you a $1000 certificate to entice you into buying a vehicle sooner than later. Has anyone used this before who can chime in?

$1,000 offer valid on eligible vehicles leased or purchased from participating dealers test-driven November 17, 2020 through November 21, 2020 and delivered November 17, 2020 through February 2nd, 2021. Eligible models include All MY2020 and MY2021 BMWs. MINI vehicles and BMW Pre- Owned/CPO vehicles do not qualify. Retired vehicles, BMW company vehicles, Demonstration vehicles and any other vehicle that has accumulated 5,000 or more miles also do not qualify. This offer cannot be used for vehicles previously ordered or delivered before November 17, 2020 and is only valid on delivery of in-stock vehicles. Offer valid to BMW's Drive To End Hunger Test Drive Event participants and their family members residing within the same household. Offer valid on final negotiated lease or purchase price and may be combined with other applicable BMW offers that are available at the time of purchase, except, that it may NOT be combined with other redemption code offers from previous events. It also may not be used toward tax, title, destination and delivery charges. Only one redemption code per vehicle may be used. Only valid at participating dealers. Please see your participating BMW Center for complete program details.

Appreciate all folks here including Tinbad who took the stock when I was sending my offer

Order placed mid-September, delivered to dealership end of October, and deal closed last week.
M50 mid-equipped build order $118k, 11% off pre-incentive with mf markup to max (about $2600 margin to dealership).

Got dealership plan that covers one set of pad/rotor, one alignment, and windshield protection about $1000 with finance charge included.

Planned to take ultimate care+ which supposed to be $600 but been quoted $2700 in the finance office. Unsure if he quoted wrong thing or markup 300%+

All my 5 previous cars had windshield replaced so checked for BMW windshield protection which supposed to be around $250 from my 2018 menu but been told not available. Did BMW discontinue the windshield plan? Anyway, the dealership plan offer the same coverage at my target cost.

The deal definitely miles away from LH standard but sounds fair to me. My other options will be 10% off at base rate from brokers but the cost will be close after shipping. The deal can be replicated easily in area with 5+ dealerships

5-10% off MSRP before incentives is doable, but in order to get 10% off you need to find the right dealer and may have to order from out of state. Couple of brokers on here and some direct POCs you can work with from other owners.

With Costco pricing, if you go with that, it's that price and no other discounts except for the incentives. I tried doing a Costco price and the discount was around 4%. The dealer said that was the lowest they could go off MSRP. I got a quote from another dealer and they matched...guess what, it was lower than the Costco price.

So, just use a broker or try to get your dealer to match a competitors offer...better yet, just buy from another dealer that gives you the right price. From the initial offer that gave you it doesn't sound like your dealer wants to discount very much.

As for add-ons, depends on finance dept. I've been to dealers where they try to sell you everything with high markups. I've also been to dealers where I just signed and left...nothing was offered unless I asked for it.

Just be glad you're not in the market for a KIA Telluride...I hear those are selling at $10K above MSRP!!!

a couple leases ago i was able to stack an ultimate drive $1000 discount on my pre-order even though technically i wasnt supposed to be able to. i just didnt tell them i had it until the day i took delivery and was doing the paperwork. i just gave them the code when i showed up and they accepted it. they didnt ask any questions. so i would say just dont mention anything and give them the code when the paperwork is being done.

my X7 should be delivered to the dealer later this week. but i ordered it from a dealer about 200 miles from where i live. so i am going to do the test drive at my local dealer, about 2 miles from where i live. ill get the code and i am going to try to use it at the dealer where i am buying from. hopefully it works!

I was told this is only available in certain markets, and it is an OL code....so if you have already negotiated a good deal you will only get $500 (since $500 is a dealer contribution).

Going to pick up a 2021 X7 M50i Dark Shadow (sadly lacking DHP and RSE) on Dec. 1st. Am I crazy to think my lease might qualify for any bonuses, rebates or incentives from the dealer? I was quoted 120k with no discounts on my invoice (yet). I’m a veteran, dealer is on the east coast and I paid my deposit in Oct. Not sure what to ask for the dealer to throw in other than weather mats. Any advise or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, if nothing else, you should be able to take any incentives you qualify for, just like anyone else. Lease or finance, loyalty credit. USAA or PenFed. And don't forget BMWCCA

Guess what’s got me still up at 5am... You guessed it, apprehension over this pick up. The dealer isn’t able to work with me at all on the price. Claims that a $1,500 discount was already built into the 122k cost. I asked for 5% off MSRP and hope he has a change of heart once we meet later today. Anyone have better luck with their dealer?
