LCI Headlights - Laminated?

Anyone know if the LCI headlights are laminated? Considering XPEL PPF for the full front end. I’ve been told don’t do the headlights if they are laminated.

They would, but I paid for it out of pocket because they told me they would report it as a “minor accident” on the CarFax. This is the simplified story, I have a forum post in the whole process on here.

All for nothing as BMW is currently buying back my car and another is on order!

Got mine wrapped with STEK Dynoshield. Provides protection from chips etc. but also from long term discoloration.
