Loyalty Credit + ED

My CA just informed me that the loyalty credit cannot be used with European Delivery. I know this sometimes happens with other incentives (Ultimate Drive, Team USA, etc), but I hadn't heard of this happening with loyalty incentives before.

Has anyone else run into this? Is it true?

I called BMW Customer Care (incl. talking first to a Genius and then BMWFS) and they said that they had no paperwork with a definitive answer... haha.

If they have no definitive answer then demand it because they have no definitive reason to refuse it

To be fair I only new of them Bc I had commented in both.

If u don't mind, let us know how this turns out for you and how you'll get the CA to change what he is saying. I still have to sign for my upcoming ED too.

My CA just sent me the sales bulletin outlining the loyalty program in significantly more detail that I have seen anywhere else.

Under the Program Eligibility section, the final bullet states "European Delivery vehicles are not eligible."

So, it seems like those members who managed to combine the April loyalty w/ ED got lucky.. or they already had $1k wiggle room in the deal.

Wow... glad I signed docs in March because I was able to take advantage of Loyalty Waiver and combine with lockable option credit from Feb. Made my deal $1250 under invoice plus I got 1.9% over 7 years.
