2020 BMW X7 key case

Hey guys, I'm having really hard time finding a decently looking protection for our newly purchased X7. I'm really sick'n'tired from all the Chinese knockoffs. Found couple on Etsy, but I've been just wondering about the real BMW fans choices. Show off yours and let's see who's got the most attractive design, as well best protection case. Thanks.

It took some searching, but I finally was able to find a reasonably priced OEM key case on eBay:

Here you go. I got the black key case. The BMW key chain did not come with the case, I got that from the dealer at delivery (not sure how long I will keep it though....)

FWIW, I chose the OEM key case as I was concerned about buttons being inadvertently pressed with the key fob in my pocket. New generation key fobs, like their car counterparts, seem to be getting bigger with each new design and are more susceptible to pocket button pushing. I first experienced this with my F80 M3 key fob - coming to my car a few times finding it unlocked or with the trunk open. Never happened with my older BMWs. So I got a similar design key case for my M3 shortly after I got the car.

Almost all of the key cases I found for the X7 (or new generation BMW key fob) did not cover the buttons in a way to prevent a stray button push. But I went into sticker shock when I saw how much they were at the dealer - which is why I searched online for better pricing. Not the end of the world of course (1st world problem, I know

), but a data point to think about depending on how you carry your key fob...

I got two of these too (x5, x7).

Relatively happy so far. Small foot print. Snugness of fit varies from unit to unit, tho. Does what I want it to do tho, and that’s prevent me from opening tailgate when bikes are loaded up

Can you press the buttons while in the case? And does it bow out on the ends as described on Amazon for the same case?

I just found this OEM classic key fob here Plus they offer 10% discount code. So, it's getting better...more choices to think of.
