Somebody got it right Concepts are usually exemplary in their beauty. Post concepts are when you add those ugly orange reflectors due to regulatory reasons, designs change for strength and safety ratings, and the nice materials disappear. Too bad so sad |

I can't believe that BMW is still going to make that hideously ugly X7.
Does anyone here think it's going to actually sell?

Furthermore, the more polarizing elements of the concept are likely to be toned down for production. At the end of the day it will blend in fine with the Mercedes GLS, Cadillac Escalade, and Infiniti QX80s of the world. Or rather, I should say, it will stick out enough to make wealthy, over-30, married females (who make most of the SUV purchase decisions) exclaim, "Whooo! I love that one!". |

Ill probably be in for one. We sold my wife's 2014 X5 as we needed a 3rd row that can carry adults once in awhile (kids are getting older and we carry grandma once in awhile. Ended up with a GLS from Benz, drives great but the tech is awful. Probably look at the X7, New GLS and Navigator next year... so far the X7 is in the lead as I love the BMW Tech interface!

You need to see it in real life. Unfortunately pictures do not do justice to the car.

If the timing works out, we will probably get one as well. We need a 7 seater, and hate our current 2016 xc90. For "real" 7 seaters, the market is pretty limited.

Is it just that you hate the space provided in the XC90 for a 7 seater or is it the suv, features build quality that you hate? I ask because i have a 2018 T8 XC90 on order. The current X5 is dated and need an SUV sooner than the upcoming G05, also don't like being a 1st yr owner. I had my long list of issues with a 2nd year e92 335i.
