Here we are now, several days into May, and only 1 of the 3 "April start" USA colors are available. Dark Graphite Metallic is available on the 50i, but Phytonic Blue and Jet Black still are not on the USA configurator. To confuse it further, at least one member here has actually taken delivery of a USA Phytonic Blue, though. No reports or pictures of Jet Black. Haven't seen a Dark Graphite production X7 yet.

No new colors, but did notice some new "options" ultimate care service packages, wireless headphones, cargo mats, as well as a line item add for integral steering... I prob would have added that for the $1150 stand alone price

i'm still debating between the x7 or waiting to see the new gls in person. my lease is up in october, but i am getting the itch and don't think i want to wait for the gls only to realize i like the x7 more anyway. I've never ordered a car to the specs i want exactly, including the color. If you don't mind me asking, did the dealership allow you to negotiate a decent price? also, that color is really nice! I never considered it, but in real life pics, it looks really good with the m sport package.

Per the detailed description of the wireless headphones they are paired specifically to the RSES. Kind of a bummer

I've only had them work in my 7er and the X. They have a switch L & R on the headphone to let the vehicle know which side your paired to. I tried pairing some Sony Bluetooth headphones, but the systems wants me to enter a code, as if I'm pairing a phone.

I've found that the batteries don't last more than two movies or so and I've had some connectivity challenges with the two 7 year old rear seat pilots. I finally got their Sony headphones (rechargeable & with noise cancellation, unlike the BMW's) plugged in via the included wire. The wire isn't ideal, but the passengers haven't complained since.

The "April" 2019 colors finally just showed up on the BMWUSA configurator, now that we're about to roll into June. Dark Graphite Metallic, Phytonic Blue Metallic, and Jet Black.

I have two sets but haven’t used them yet. I do think they’re specifically for the rear seat entertainment.
