Cracking from Rear Seat

I have a 2013 F30 msport , when i drive over an uneven surface i get a cracking sound from the rear seat area it is doing my head in . I don't have the split fold seats in mine , any help greatly appreciated thank you

I've got a grand coupe with folding seats and removable shelves, and 40k miles later in this freezing weather, a symphony of creaks and rattles

That will be the dreaded door seal creak you have there.

Cheers guys i will have a look into the door seals but i think it is coming from the seat back or the spring clips that hold the seat in position because i can replicate it by rocking the seat back from the centre headrest .

My E90 2008 was rattle free and i am slightly disappointed at the amount of rattles it has , like the door pins that rattle also .
