-=EMS=-AR Design 335i / 335xi Oil Cooler Kit Stage 1

NEW PRODUCT FROM AR DESIGN

Finally, an optimal solution for the famous oil temperature problems the N54 suffers from. Instead of replacing the factory oil cooler with a larger core, we have left the factory setup intact and added a SECOND core in the drivers side fender well, not just increasing but more than DOUBLING cooling capacity.

What is included?

Oil filter housing adapter CNC'd from billet aluminum - has 1/8NPT hole plug for temp or pressure sender, plug included.
Powdercoated fender liner vent
Setrab Oil Cooler Core
Mounting Brackets with rubber vibration dampers.
All necessary hardware
Powdercoated sheetmetal shroud with rubber edge seal for a proper fitment against bumper.
Oil feed lines made from lightweight braided hose (better + lighter than stainless, very similar to Aeroquip Startlite Hose or XRP Kevlar, eliminates abrasion issues) with black/nickel colored swivel fittings.
Retrofit kit available for those who do not currently have any oil cooler at all.

Why is it better than the other 2 kits currently available on the market?

Uses a well known, highly respected, quality core (Setrab)
Custom made and profesionally assembled lightweight oil lines
You do not lose factory oil cooler as with other kits.
Oil cooler surface area is not just increased, but more than doubled.
Easy to install.
No cutting of brake ducts.
Includes shroud
Ability to add our upgrade kit that will allow you to run TWO Setrab cores for maximum cooling capacity!

INTRO PRICE $899 + shipping Until (feb 28th)

REGULAR PRICE $1,199 + SHIPPING

Please post pictures when it's avaiable... it would be great if you can put other 2 oil cooler kits next to it for comparison. Thanks

would it be possible you can make a comparison chart like this one?

Looks great. Question... won't buyers have to open up the driver's side lower grill? That'd be a nice addition to the package

+1 In another thread he/they actually state the package includes a pre-cut fender liner. Since I'm anal and lazy, this would be nice as well!

We simply have you remove the "plate" behind the grille to open up airflow.
