Used x7 50i with bent wheels

Hello I'm new to the BMW X7 platform .

I recently went out of state about 900 miles away and purchased a 2020 X7 50I, with 40k miles on the clock. I still have a little factory warranty remaining.
Noticed the ride home was very bumpy at highway speed.
So when I got a chance to go to discount tires to rebalance my wheels come to find out I have 4 bent wheels. I have 6 bends on 4 wheels .SMH....

I believe the dealership knew but didn't say anything. Yes I'm pissed off. But I have to keep pushing forward.

But anyway can some one point me in the right direction to get a new set of OEM wheels or aftermarket wheels so I can drive my vehicle.
Here's my setup.

WHEELS: 22'' X 9.5'' FR & 22'' X 10.5'' RR Y-SPOKE
(Style 758i), Bi-color orbit grey, Tires: 275/40R22 Fr & 315/35R22 Rr Run-Flat, Performance

My budget is $4k

Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you

When you say "bent" do you mean the wheel rim edges are dinged, as if bottomed out driving over pot holes, or are the wheels really bent, as if they collided laterally with a curb? Dings can sometimes be repaired if not too severe. Unfortunately, I'm sure the sale was "as is", and you have no recourse with the seller.

Wheels are really bad to the point of not wanting to drive the SUV.
(Collided laterally with a curb I think)

On 10/5/23 discount tires set tires psi to

Front 35
Rear 45

Drove back home and parked it in the garage until I can get this fixed .

On 10/9/23

LF 33.1 psi
LR 39.0 psi
RR 39.0 psi
RF 32.1 psi

So I'm losing psi just sitting in the garage.

Driver door soft close stopped working the other day but Im still under warranty that's a easy fix.

I been looking around and found a company called FORZA but there in another country but that could be a risky deal.

Did you test drive before buying? Where did you buy this from?

100% the dealer knew…you might have some recourse there to pursue buyback.

If 4 wheels are bent then the X7 went over a curb at moderate to high speed. You could have alignment issues, suspension issues, subframe issues, wheel bearings typically are damaged as well when wheels hit the curb, and who knows what else.

Estimates below as I can’t recall exact prices from my invoice.
Wheels - $4000
Lower control arm - $2500
Wheel bearing - $1000
Tire - $2000
Alignment - $500

Think overall $10K…

Trust me, I know from experience.

I did test drive at low speed( 50 mph) in Silver Spring MD. Suv seems to drive normal at low speed.
