You’re buying a high end car you should expect and her high end service so why not let everyone make some money. Why be that guy. The guy who’s deale they take because they need the unit but every time they see you no one really wants to deal with. Know what I mean? They treat you fairly. You get good service and a good fair deal. That’s enough. Why does every deal in order to be a good deal have to suck every last bit of oxygen out of the deal or it’s simply no good. Get it? Just my two cents.
I hear ya, but the days of buying all your cars from one dealership and getting great treatment when buying and in the service department are over. Most dealerships function as two separate business units and the service managers don't care where you bought the car as they need to make their numbers. Also the sales staff turn over constantly, and they only seem to care about what you are buying today, not what you bought last time or will buy next time. In that kind of a system may as well get the best deal possible.
Exactly. I told my local dealer here in Denver that I was ready to pull the trigger on a $115k M50i (I had been in 3 times before) and never got a callback. I ended up buying on the East Coast.

The service department at the same dealership is fantastic. I had issues with rust buildup on my rotors that BMW would not deal with, so they sanded and sealed the rotors at no cost. Different experiences at the same dealership.

Just curious which dealership was this in Denver?

Schomp BMW in Denver gave an initial discount of like 5% off MSRP...sent the quote via email. I'm sure if you're were there and wanted to buy something off the lot you could get more. If ordering I'm not sure they would budge, but who knows. Cheapest I've seen is on the east coast.

I'm picking up my M50 last day of the year
Inventory is super tight and build slots have been scarce as well
Most are now February build slots so you can add new colors to your spec.

Going through the motions myself, there are so few choices in this 6/7 passenger SUV space that I get why the X7s sell so well.

The GLS discounts and lease program is terrible, and the Escalade/Yukon just don't feel as luxurious and tech advanced.

I'm coming out of a Tesla Model X, and the tech is great but it does lack all the luxury features we missed.

The M50 sounds so amazing...better than my m4 maybe

X7 M50 soon
M3 ordered
RS6 avant ordered
G63 ordered

Broke now

Schomp is one price, impossible to get them to budge even in person. I usually have better luck from Gebhardt or Bmw of Denver.

I ordered ours fully loaded and it stickered at $119995, and the dealer discounted to around $108K including incentives from BMW. so got about 13% or so off of sticker. I think you may do better if you buy one out of dealer stock, but those are not available in the M50i. Certainly might do better on the XDrive40i....
