Hey David, good to see you here, you helped me out with my last two Ms. I may be in the market for an x7 in a year and will reach out. Speaking of Donnie, I went to the Nurburgring training with him in October and it was phenomenal. He is one of my favorite instructors at the Performance Center.

Of course we'll do it again! And super-stoked for you that you were able to get some training in with Donnie at the legendary circuit. How about those elevation changes?? We'll keep in touch and I'll send you any new intel I receive on the X7. All the best!

I just did the demo. The test driver said the off road package was not installed on the x7 I was in and is not necessary for the demo.

aas5 I was at the same Nurburgring training in October, but in the M5 group. Donnie and Derek organized a great trip for all of you. Small world!

I did the demo too on the first day after driving around the F90. The one I rode ( the black M Sport ) according to the driver had the full off-road package and even the locking rear differential. He even said there will be skid plates available too.
BUT I would choose DHP-equipped M Sport over Off-road package.

Technically this is one size up from a Range Rover. But if you're referring the the metal track course set up, bmw has been doing that stuff for a long time

Instead of simulating an off road course, I feel like they should have simulated a mall parking lot. Who's taking this bus off road?

Seriously, and if you can get it within 3 attempts you go to the bonus round: parallel parking!
