That's awesome! Congrats! My 40i was ordered exactly a week after yours (1/31), and entered the production queue on 2/5 with an estimated completion date of 2/19. I'm hoping they can meet or beat that. I'm still sitting on the third dot, but the good news is that I checked MDecoder this morning and it shows mine actually went into production on 2/8, so it sounds like I'm right on schedule. Definitely post some pics when you take delivery!

For all it's worth... Picking mine up tomorrow morning. Hoping for as much luck as I had with the 2016 Cayenne and the 2018 Audi Q7. Both bullet proof reliable. Did nothing but oil changes and a set of tires on each. I have been spoiled.

How do you get the estimated delivery / completion date ?
Mine was ordered on the same day as yours 01/31 and I've been seeing progress but haven't been able to find that date.

You need to call Genius @ 1-844-443-6487 and have your production- or VIN-# handy.

Well... it's almost done. Just spent an hour taking everything out of the Q7. I had no idea I carried so much stuff and I look forward to having the space where the spare is supposed to go. Plus I had to pull out my dash camera. Now everything is in boxes waiting to get moved into the BMW. Looks like I only need about another 5 miles without an accident

and I'll be a BMW owner. Off to the dealer at 10:30 Tuesday.

If ya want, I'll post some pictures when I get it home.

I know you don't want to hear this but, you have to check that website every 15 minutes. Because when the dot starts moving, it moves all the way across in less than a day.

It's a little like being a father in the delivery room. There's not much you could do to help, but you're still supposed to be in the room. 😂

I find calling the genius line more productive. I was stuck on dot 2 for a few days. I called BMW and they told me the estimated assembly completion date right away. It's proven to be accurate.
