DenverMisanthrope I snapped a shot of the interior for you. Let me know if you need any others.

Do you guys think the Extended Shadowline Trim is the way to go? I wasn't really paying attention to it until a salesman mentioned it to me. I am debating between the white and the tanzenite colors.

Depends on your taste, and what look you're going for. If you think that the chrome accents look classy, then go for the luxury model. If you like Cerium Gray accents, go for the M50i. If you like the black accents, go for the shadowline.

Me, I think the huge front grill is just WAY too much chrome, and has to be blacked out. For that reason and the overall vehicle look, I personally am going for the extended shadowline.

Thanks to robbys3m3 I now have the wheels that should have come on my M50i. I also added 15mm spacers to the rear and 12.5mm spacers to the front. Now the tires sit flush with the fender.

Looks beautiful and those are the correct wheels for that package.

I test drove a X7 M50i (Phytonic Blue) last week that had the Extended Shawdowline Trim option and 22" M V-spoke cerium grey wheels. While those wheels look great with the cerium grey trim (grill and hockey sticks) IMO BMW should build these X7's with black 22" wheels when the Extended Shawdowline Trim option is selected. They make both wheels, seems like a no-brainer.

I totally agree and I'm still hoping for that change on the December order guide.

If not, I will be going with the 22" Individual wheels. Although they are still not black, the 'interior paint' is certainly darker than the cerium.

My salesman said if the black accent 755M wheels on the M50i were going to happen this year he would have been notified. My other option was to have the cerium accents painted black but OEM was the better option.

Picked up a Lloyd Luxe mat to use when the third row is down. Quality and the color match is great.

Also picked up these seat covers from Amazon and they look like they're made for the rear captains chair.

Pic of how it looks today.

How much was it to get the wheels powder-coated black? And how long did they have your X7?

Never was a blue car kinda guy but I couldnt look past the Phytonic. It can look almost black in some light and vibrant blue in others.
Info on wheels in above posts.

The wheels are OEM black accent wheels from an X7 40i.
I was lucky enough to buy them from a forum member who went aftermarket. I also have 15mm spacers in the rear and 12.5 in the front.
Cerium Gray wheels were sold after then black were mounted.
Now that you mention it I recall you posting that before, sorry.

Ahhh! Yes this is my same dilemma I just posted about here - https://g07.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1731109

I REALLY want the 755M Bi-Color Black on my M50i without having to shuffle wheels around $$$.

I was in between Alpine White and Tanzanite Blue II on Tartufo but damn these Phytonic Blue pics have me thinking otherwise now! Also, the matte trim over glossy looks amazing! Thanks for sharing these pics - give me a lot to consider now!

Quick shots at the gym.
I thought about placing them in the X5 locations but my OCD would drive me nuts trying to place them in the correct spots. Masking the current emblems off was just safer for my sanity.
