This is as close to Laguna Seca Blue as I could get.....
Mounted on 19" DPE R06 S in Platinum Graphite.
- c/w a little drop & 35% tints

I may just have to paint this thing as soon as I get it.:biggrin:

Hey Tye,

Its Clinton. Are you already on a waiting list somewhere? I'm planning on picking a 135i up when its released as well.

The PS of the 1 looks great btw! I'm still deciding between Alpine White or a blue.

Oh man! BOOIING! :eyebulge:

I love LSB! And I would put some black wheels with a polished lip on there. I have black wheels on my Blue WRX and I think it looks sick. Though, when I got the wheels no one near me had black wheels(unless they had a 70s Porsche) and everyone said it would look bad. Yeah, they changed their minds when they saw them.

No offense, but I just don't get the whole black wheels thing. Looks like Nascar something. Juvenile except for racing purposes IMO.

It's just a color combination.
Black wheels look very nice on white and black cars, whereas bronze/gold and silver colors go well with other exteriors.

Im on the list at a dealer here in California. Thanks, and Im sure you are going to enjoy it.

As for black wheels, no offense taken, I guess my black wheels on my E36 are juvenile , but wait, it is a track car and they are forgelines so that rules that out

OMG bro, why did you have to do that?

that color alone makes me want to keep my LSB m3... i only wish it came on the 1.... Montego will be good enough.. i cant justify painting a BRAND new car.. i would have to wait for some road damage or somthing

Gawd i  LSB

quick and dirty, but you get the idea.

MMMM LSB

I also have an E46 LSB m3.... BTW i KILLED a 335 last night. besides the point.

I really like the smoked taillights on the AW pic

I think im going to create Darth vader 135. Smoke the rear tails so only the reverse light strip is still there, dark tint, black rims with a shiney lip. pain in the ass to clean but man it will even make darth turbo sounds heh

cant wait. got 15g's to throw down.... now just to make it through Christmas with my cash intact.... damn women....

:Flame suit on: BBS LM's are so hawt but they are pretty heavy. I'd probably never own a set because of how heavy they are. I know they are high class forged wheels but come on.

Give me a set of monoblock forged Volk wheels anyday everyday.

nice photoshop. I like your taste in mods.

btw your e36 is SUPER CLEAN. not everyone will like every single mod but they can't deny that thing is slick.

I'll probably end up with alpine white also. I'll have to check out the montego in person, but LSB is my true love.

I dont get all the black wheel hate. Its just a color. Its not like they are pink or anything. I personally find nascar extremely boring (save for the occasional road race) but I can appreciate a black wheel on the right car when its tastefully done. I can see why someone wouldnt like it, but that doesnt mean liking black wheels is juvenile or means you are a nascar fan...

I am on the same page as you. I stated in another thread that I would want Alpine with LM's. I like the black, but for me unpainted is most likely going to be the case.

I almost went LM's on the E24 but got a good deal on the style 540's instead. HRE's look great, but they are fragile from what I've heard.

And the ltw wing, should never be called rice, respect.
