Over the past few days the site is really slow or just times out when trying to click on posts. Is there a server issue or is it just on my end? Happens on both the desktop and my phone (not on my home wifi) versions.

I am definitely seeing it too. Sometimes very slow, sometimes it times out.
Started over the last few days and is intermittent. One thing I can say, is it may be network related. Doing a continuous ping results in packet loss. The problem is highly unlikely to be on my end.
