Bmw M5 F10 DKG 7 transmmision problem clutch 1/2 low pressure HELP

Problem started after regular oil change in transmmision, before that there were no problems with it. It was done with LAUNCH diagnostic tool, car starts reporting problem and losing power, when you accalerate to much, transmmison, was taken down and put apart, clutches all excellent, no shavings no nothing, again new oil change was done, but the problem cannot be solved. Is it possible that mechatronic unit locked it self in protect program, beacuse tool diagnostic confused it? In my country there is not much trustworthy automatic transmmision specialist, im afraid that if i take the car to the shop they will replace half of the transmmision parts until they find the problem...

The thing is i am almost certain that there must be some software malfunction, before the oil change, gearbox worked without any problems.

All I can suggest is to re boot the software to the gearbox, I'm not great with electronic stuff, personally I would never change the g/box fluid if the gearbox is working well.

it is recommended to change oil every 100k km. That is why it was done.

  1. How many liters of fluid have you added?
  2. Did you use the correct fluid type?
  3. Have you started the car and let it warm up the fluid to allow you to add more?
  4. For software, ISTA+ was used to guide you through the process?

8,4 Liters, first i used Valvoline, beacuse my part shop said it was right type, Launch diagnostic tool was used and not Ista, when problem occured we changed oil With OEM DCTF 2, and had done adaption with ISTA and no sucsses, also new filter were changed.

2 days ago bmw mechanic updated newest software for transmmision with ISTA also no sucsses, ive heard that it could be possible that first time oil change was done something might went wrong and mechantronic unit locked itself to protecet it self if pressure would rise above 5 bar, beacuse now clutches have only 4 bar of pressure.

oil procedure was done right, oil was heated on right temperature. My mechanic tried everethying as i did but no sucsess, the bigest problem is that before the oil change transmmision worked perfectly even though car has 185.000 kilometers, i regret the decision of oil change.
