Since I took my X7 in for the software update, I’ve noticed it predicting where I want to go. For example, when I start the car around 3:00, it asks me if i want to navigate to my girls’ school — which is where I’m normally headed around that time. Another day, it asked me around 4:00 if I wanted to navigate to their dance studio. Anybody else noticed this? Super cool option.

I just noticed the same thing today. I was waiting for my wife tonight and got the same "navigate home" suggestion. Very cool.

They also need a way to disable this feature. Imagine if you visit places you don't want your significant other to know about. You'll get in trouble if it comes up automatically on screen.

You'd hate to get in the car with your wife, Lisa, and have it ask, "Would you like to go to Susan's house?"

If you're in this kind of situation, you probably shouldn't be driving the X7. If your SO has the remote app, they'll be able to see the address where you're parking, and have pictures to prove it.

Especially when you decided to do something spicy near the car and 3D view is turned on...

You can disable location tracking and remote view on the app.

At least this is not an issue on mine as the system does not work well I can image only front and one side so the back and left side are dark... see attached,

Does anyone has this issue?

I haven't updated my software yet, but my car does that too. I don't know if it's being fed from my android or the car.

When I get in the car in the morning, it says "Navigate to Office... " with the address.

When I leave the office it says "Navigate to Home...."

The fact that it knows "Office" and "Home" tells me it is coming from the phone since I never put that data in the car.
