What octane are X7 40i owners using? The manual recommends 91 but would it hurt to do 93?

They tested a 13hp difference between 91 octane and 93 octane on a M5. Different engine and map, but interesting.

I cannot find 91 anywhere. Which gas station brand do you use?

It's either 87, 89 or 93.

Here in Colorado, 91 is as high as it goes. We've got 85, 87, and 91. Because reasons.

Refiners in California only blend up to 91.
