Talk to Dan from Next Level Auto Brokers. He's on here and that is the route I would go if doing it over. Wish I had met him before I stuck a deal.

10% off sticker before incentives is pretty attainable in NJ. It is hard to give you someone who will give that level of discount as a dealership will only go that low to hit sales bonuses. If you start calling dealerships at an increasing distance from your home, you will get someone to bite after a few phone calls. If you have no luck, give the broker listed above a shout.

Depending on your spec, 22% off can be reached. But dealerships have less room to negotiate on lower end cars and in today's world. High demand and low supply.

Another referral for Dan. Leased my 2020 x7 custom build from Dan 11 months ago at YE and it was hands down the best experience and price I ever received for a lease. I got 12% off MSRP less loyalty rebate and it was all agreed to prior to deal sign off. Paperwork was exactly as described at pick up. I'm in Philly and took an Uber up 1.5 hours to get the car in N NJ.

He brokers several hundred BMW leases per year through a network of dealers. The deals fluctuate with time of year but I think he's till at 8-10% now.
