Since you haven't taken delivery, you should be able to walk away from it. Worst case lose your deposit. Most states require dealer to refund deposit if you decide not to take delivery of the car.

Because I already paid for it. They accepted my trade back and put me in a loaner while the car is being built. They screwed up the first time by selling me a dealer loaner (my trade) that had two accidents.

I own this car now.
