Residuals are what they are...best chance at a reduced MF is going the MSD route, but then you are buying outside of NY and paying higher dealer fee.

Selling Price and MF are where the dealer can make adjustments. If using BMW FS residuals should be established as noted above. Dealers fuck with MF all the time until I call them out.

+1, just asking what the MF was after their initial proposal is usually enough to make them scurry back and "check their numbers".

I've had multiple other dealerships quote me at 7.5k though. I'd let it go, but the BD Manager at this other place seems intent on proving herself right - claims that 10k min is "BMW FS standard" even though I told her I have quotes at 7.5k. Anyone else come across this?? More curious than anything else.
I just got 7.5K from BMW Manhattan - same boat as you, weekend car. But I only got about 5% off before incentives. Reached out to BMW Brooklyn, Manhattan, Rallye on LI, Springfield in NJ and one other, with a request that was about 7% discount. Only Springfield and Manhattan bothered to even respond, and Manhattan had an allocation (mine was a custom build). This was early Fed, and I know supply was tight (BMW Manhattan had only 3 X7s on the lot and Mercedes Manhattan had 1 GLS) versus now BMW has 10+, so you may get a better deal.

Demand is too high in affluent parts of NYC. I got 9% at BMW of Hudson Valley....glad to share my SA name with you although he only matched the 9% as I am local. Dan at Next Level Auto Brokers can help if you don't wan't to deal a hour north of NYC.

Does anyone have a dealer/sales person in the Houston area to recommend? Dealing with Advantage BMW who says they won’t really offer a discount off of MSRP, but I’ve seen people here mention 10% off of MSRP as something to target...

Talk to Yaz at Advantage BMW Midtown. I ordered mine recently and got a 8.5% discount. In my experience, you can't get 10% off here in Texas (no dealer is interested since there is plenty of people willing to pay close to MSRP for the x7 here in TX). I even spoke with Dan with Next Level Auto Brokers and he can do 9% off

"BMW David" Aviles was able to get me 10% off, before incentives. Go www.bimmerdavid.com or call BMW of Catonsville. He sells and ships nationwide. (I'm in Alaska)

What's current incentives on the X7 for April?
I heard no incentives but aren't they still doing $1k for loyalty and $1k for BMWCCA?

CCA has always been $1K for X5/6 SAVs and now X7. You apply and submit for the BMWNA/CCA rebate post purchase through the membership portal.

First post in this thread usually kept updated with latest info. Always check:
https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offers.html

Put in your zip code to see specifics for your area. Looks like $2500 APR still going. Current verbage mentions conquest/loyalty, but doesn't specifiy how much.

BMWCCA separate from BMW corporate. Yes, still $1k BMWCCA rebate if you've been a member long enough. I just submitted my rebate the other day.

Also discount for military, or PenFed member.

I'm not seeing the 2500 credit under my zip code? Not showing any credit....

Edit: looks like APR credit is only on purchase and not lease.

I'm having a hard time getting more than 4% in Arizona. Dealers aren't willing to do anything. The 2 brokers I reached out to aren't very helpful either.

I contacted them but I don't think they work with Arizona residents.

Here is the AMAZING deal I was offered from BMW Camelback in Arizona. The deal was so good I couldn't take it, it felt like I was stealing from them!

Sales manager was pretty cocky and probably won't be back because of that. 😐😑

Must include incentives, but even with, a very good deal.
