Pedal upgrade/replacement?

Just wondering if anyone had upgraded their gas and brake pedals. I did this in my 330i, and got a noticeable improvement in grip with shoe soles, particularly when the shoes were wet at all.

Here's the BMW upgrade set. Anyone find this worth it?

This was one of the reasons I went with m-sport package for our 2020 x7. upgraded pedals. I dont think the m-sport pedals are the design you posted but I think the m-sport pedal materials are similar to that of the pedals in the link.

Cool. Sounds like you don't feel any need to upgrade your M-sport pedals?

+1

The standard M Sport pedals provide similar styling with larger traction pads compared to the M Performance upgrades. You do get more metal surfacing with the M Perf. but personally not worth spending extra for the looks.

Garage List
2017 BMW M3  [10.00]
2020 BMW X7  [0.00]
2019 BMW X3  [0.00]
2009 BMW 128i  [0.00]
Those wouldn’t fit the X7 pedals anyway (or any G-series BMW IIRC). Those are designed to fit the F-Series BMWs. But as others have stated, you won’t need to change the pedals of the X7 - for both form and function reasons.

Interesting, kbl888888 and Resjudicata . Can you notice a functional difference in foot grip or control?

mostly it for looks, but yes I'd say a slightly improved grip and feel.

on a scale of 1-10; where 1 is stock and 10 is improved to feel like a second skin; it's maybe like a 2 or 3 boost.
