I try with 2 dealers, and they both stick to 6%.

Probably because it's so new..... you pay extra to be first

I was getting 9% on ordered non Alpina.

Alpina is a different story in S. Cal. Many customer ordered cars already and a lot of dealers here have already used up their allocation.

I believe 6% will be as good as it gets for the XB7 so congrats. Can't wait to see it.

As far as I did full research , 6% of MSRP is perfect deal for new, 2021 XB7.

Interesting that you can order the RES with Alpina but not the regular X7 in 2021

Is this confirmed?

I called the genius line this am and I had moved up to week 32 build start date a couple weeks ago but they are telling me now there could be a production delay and could be week 42 now. They wanted me to call back on 8/8 to confirm if there really is a production delay.

I wonder what is causing the production delay.

The 23 inch rims? The Alpina black trim? Who knows...

Well it looks like even the dark shadow editions are slated for early next year from what I heard from a local dealer. Good luck guys but it seems like you're in for a wait. Hopefully it doesn't turn out as bad as when they launched the 2019s, that was terrible.

Hang in there!

So far 237 Alpinas were placed on order in US only. They are overwhelmed and had no choice but to postpone production.

FYI

Break down by region as follows:

Western 98
Central 30
Eastern 42
Southern 67

I like it, tomorrow will make change from Alpina Piano black to new one. The only problem I see, as soon as you trying to get something non standard and completely new, you production would be moved even further.

I'm liking it too. With a black leather interior, it really looks classy, but looks like it wouldn't show fingerprints like piano black would.

Did anybody figure out what the difference is between piano black and Alpina piano black?
