Any Canadian owners/buyers here?

Curious how much you guys paid for the X7 40i?

I'm looking for a 48 month $0 down lease with Premium Excellence and M-Sport packages and wondering if the payments come in or under $2k/month (taxes in)?

Programs vary by region but are you sure the Western Region has a 48-month lease for MY20 X7's? Ontario/Central Region has 42 months max (45 month maximum for MY19 X7's).

Regardless, using the maximum term for the GTA (42 months) at 5.99% and 47% residual, X7 with just Excellence and M Sport packages (MSRP $111,400.00) (plus admin/doc/license/tire/A/C fees charged here) with $0 downpayment, monthly payment would work out to be just over $2,600.00 taxes in at 13% tax rate. Even with B.C.'s 10% tax rate, I do not see your monthly payment being less than $2000.00.

Just heard back from one of the dealerships... in stock MY19 40i ... 45mth lease @ 5.99% and 47% residual.. $2040/mth (20k kms/year lease). No discounts applied, no loyalty rate yet, and I usually do 12k kms/year, so looks like it's doable for an in stock MY19.

MY20 custom order will likely be a bit more I guess...?

Edit: Loyalty rate reduction @ 12k km brings the payment down to $1991 ... not bad!

Heard back from dealership #2:

MY20 ! 42 month lease @ 5.99% with 51% residual and 12k kms = $2060/month with loyalty rate reduction.

No discounts on MSRP applied yet!

These lease offers are actually quite reasonable given how new this car is. I'm impressed by BMW Canada!

Edit: Dealership #3 came back with $2035/month on the same 42mth 5.99% 51% residual lease.

I'm looking at possibly moving into a 2020 X7 M50i and in the Vancouver area. I haven't officially inquired with any local dealerships yet, but at no discounts at this time and a 5.99% interest rate I may have to rethink this.

I got leased my B6 through Calgary BMW so may check in with them and see what they can do

Contacted Calgary BMW and they have 6 arriving by end of September. However, they they are quoting me MSRP + $5000 "to cover relevant dealer charges"

lol

Do you need the extra space and seats? If not, why not get a loaded X5? IMO, the extras really makes this car. I would not have gone for a stock X7.

Wow, you guys get hosed in canada. Dealers in US are 8-9% off msrp and maybe more.

The problem in Canada is that BMW only gives Canadian dealers a limited amount of allocations compared to the US.More supply in the US means you are able to get a much better deal than in Canada.

Yeah, that's why we use the term 'hosers' freely up here

Seeing how much you guys get off MSRP down there makes me seriously jealous.

I do need the space. Two kids playing hockey (one is a goalie), plus I play/coach as well.
