Can you purchase geniune BMW wheels?
I'm specifically interested in the 22" 755m bi-colored black v-spoke wheels that can be configured on a 2020 x7 40i. I have ordered an m50i but I really like those bi-colored black wheels.

RealOEM.com web page with 755M wheel part numbers. Front Wheels Rear Wheels All kidding aside, this is probably the quickest and easiest way to search for any BMW part numbers at different vendors....

Unless you are a Pirelli fan, I would save some coin and go with the Continentals. While I am not specifically familiar with these tire models, both brands are reputable and make good tires. Even if the Pirelli's are "technically" the better performing tire (which I don't know), you most likely would not know the difference on the road - this a big SUV after all (even if it is a fast one ).
But since you want to swap out the Cerium wheels for black ones, why not keep the tires that came on it from the factory? They should be the same, staggered setup.

IMO, I feel that Continental is a little softer ride than Pirelli (both sets have the same PSI). Noise level is very much the same or Pirelli is just a little bit louder. Pirelli has Raised Rib Tire/Rim Protector, Continental doesn't. |

Have you considered on refinishing the gray wheels to black. I went to Chicago Wheels in Elk Grove. |
