I priced shopped the 3 local BMW dealers in Pittsburgh, and the BEST i was offered was 5% off sticker + $2000 bonus on a custom ordered 40i, or 7% off an inventory one.

The one dealer gave me much better trade in on my Raptor ($44k) than the others.

Thoughts on this price? Im reading some people getting 10-12% off.

You should be able to get 10% off fairly easily. My dealer had 37 units on the lot though.

I negotiated 8% off msrp in July of 2019, when they were in much more demand. Email other dealers near by and in baltimore/wash. Area. Email the internet sales guy you find listed on their websites. See if your local dealer will match it if they come back lower.

Tried using a broker? I believe this guy supports your area, there may be others too. I’m sure they could find you much better than 5%, we just got a ‘20 40i demo last month 14% below in California

Yeah I've been having the same problem myself. The best I've been offered is 6% for a PCD. Starting to widen my search. Any referrals will be welcome.

I found good deals emailing dealership far away. try Google bmw near capital city in state. like for example Richmond dealerships in Virginia. or Chicago Illinois.
